Master Kaltarn is a Dark Elf quest giver and Rally Master NPC in Isha's Garden, The Blighted Isle.

A Dark Elf Sorcerer who oversees the attack on the Narthains' provincial army. He can be found near the fountain in Isha's Garden.

"I've matched wits with Malekith at court and walked away unscathed. Do you think Narthain's rabble poses even the shadow of a threat to me? The mere suggestion is an insult I cannot, and will not, tolerate.
