Lord Heinrich is an Imperial noble in Reikland, one of the Emperor's most staunch supporters. The peasants working his estate have recently been whipped up into a rebellious frenzy by the fiery diatribes of the agitator Emil Schulmann and now he finds his fields aflame and his estate under attack.

On the 3rd floor there are 2 staircases. One leads to the next floor the other will lead you to a side room where you will find Heinrich.

Seems bugged. I've searched every floor for him, but he is not anywhere on his orange dot. There seems to be a door on the very top that he might be behind, but you cannot open the door.

This guy is inside the castle. You can get past the outer walls without doing the PQ (which will open the front door) by going through the nearby cave. If you do the PQ to open the doors be aware champions will spawn by door and in front of the keep hes inside. You can run past and lose aggro inside tho. Lord Heinrich is inside keep at the top with 2 mobs.
