This NPC is a Kill Collector, and will reward you with XP for killing any and all Raven Host that you may find in Praag. For this you will be rewarded with 401 XP per kill, above and beyond the XP you will gain for the actual slaying.
Specifically, kill Raven Scouts and Raven Seekers.
