Hail this NPC to receive 3 Sacks of Rotting Fruit. Along the way to Dragonbone Pass you will find flocks of non-aggressive Ravenous Vultures, and near them will be Slop Baskets.
  • 2 baskets are around the crossroads, just to the east of Dwallin Stonebeard's camp, in Throng-a-Varaz, but apparently only one of them will give the update for you.
Click on them to feed the Vultures. You will be attacked by a weak, aggressive, Carrion Seeker Vulture after each update. Return to Hasher with the empty sacks for your reward, a Bestial Tome Tactic unlock.

NOTE: Repeating the feeding at the same basket (once it resets) does NOT work! You have to find all 3 baskets. :(
