To find this mob:

Go north of Sorrowstrand on the road to Mathrin's Watch, to the stretch that runs west to east, to where the Shadow Scouts are..
On the south of that road, just past the scouts, find the Blightclaw Manticores.
There is a path along the west side of those ruins, against the large rock.
Teleron will walk up that path towards you and turn into the Manticore ruins.
