To find this mob:

  • Go north of Sorrowstrand on the road to Mathrin's Watch, to the stretch that runs west to east, to where the Shadow Scouts are..
  • On the south of that road, just past the scouts, find the Blightclaw Manticores.
  • There is a path along the west side of those ruins, against the large rock.
  • Teleron will walk up that path towards you and turn into the Manticore ruins.
