Intact Troll Stomachs are accepted by the Alchemist, however, you need 5 of the Stomachs to get the unlock.

The trolls that drop this every single time are the Stormblight trolls that are NW of the Deathstone Quarry in troll country.

Every time you kill one a long gurgling sound will go off and you will see a chat message saying you received an Intact troll stomach.

Get 5 of them, then take them to the Alchemist at Felde Castle for the Unlock.

You can also turn in the troll droppings to this guy, they are located around 54,43 though it's a random location and not always the same.

Possibly in Beta, this guy accepted the Intact Troll's Stomach, but at the current time, he does not.
