You have to go down towards the tower where the purple monsters are (forget their name...)
Just to the left after the little slope (if you're coming from the area inside town where you killed the plague victims). Check the screenshot! =)

Look for the "horrors" (the mobs) to the north of the marked area. there's a stair case near them, with the cache on them.

The cache is a pile of 3 boxes on a landing between two flights of stairs. Co-ordinates are 43930,56602
