You must meet the following criteria to access the content on this page:
  • Your city must be at least Rank 3.
Steam Tank
Examine the Steam Tank in the central plaza of the War Quarters, where the statues are, to initiate this Public Quest.

Engineer Ottokar needs you to fetch 15 Steam Tank Parts for him, and make it snappy! The Steam Tank Parts are scattered throughout the central plaza but are only visible if the quest is active.

First click on the steam machine.
It will blow.
Then you need to get al the 15 scattered parts.
And quest is done
