Locate the entrance to the Warpblade Tunnels beneath the Screaming Cat tavern.
Hunt down the ratmen and collect their paws as proof of their existence.
When you have killed enough of the filthy beasts, return to Mad Matthias in Altdorf.

You'll see bouncing barrels around the slums...theyre level 10 critters inside that will drop the claws. The bouncing barrels at the docks are level 20 critters.

The entrance does exist.
Go into the Screaming Cat tavern. ( the building left of the quest giver, open the door )
Walk down to the cellar, there click on the shelves ( the single one )
It will open, there is your entrance.
The only problem is.. you need to be level 40 to enter.

There isn't one. Walk around the building and the surrounding red circled zones on your map, and look for barrels that are jumping. They are called curious barrels. Open with a ranged weapon, as some of the Skaven are level 20 champions. Those you obviously don't want to touch. The regular ones are level 10, normal. If this helps, please rate it. Thank you.
