The Order of the Griffon (WAR History and Lore)  

Speaking with any NPC with the word "Griffon" in their name/title will grant you this unlock. One easy way to always do this is to make sure you speak to the Griffon Sergeant in Grimmenhagen Village, which is your first opportunity to take the quest The Guns of Nordenwatch.
